What other information will sellers need to add into the listing?
The technology that we use will help sellers generate draft listings directly on the Seller Hub or My eBay.

What should I expect from a wholesale inventory purchase?
Wholesale inventory comes in many different forms, among them; retail overstock, clearance items, open box, customer returns. It’s important to note that when buying wholesale, the condition of each individual item can vary based upon each lot.
eBay sellers specializing in wholesale inventory are encouraged to describe inventory condition as accurately as possible. It is reasonable to expect that excess inventory or returned merchandise may arrive in varying conditions on occasion.
What if there is an issue with my purchase beyond standard wholesale inventory expectations?
BULQ stands behind the accuracy of the product manifest, inclusive of a 98% manifest accuracy guarantee. If there is a discrepancy in the condition or quantity of products received that is greater than 2%, a buyer is encouraged to contact BULQ in order to resolve the discrepancy in accordance with BULQ’s policies. How do I generate draft listings?
Following a purchase from our exclusive partner BULQ, a seller can use the draft generation feature to create draft listings from an individual lot in 1 of 3 ways:
- Seller Hub “Listings” Tab
If you’ve purchased a BULQ lot, you will see a banner that will allow you to create draft listings with prefilled information from your purchase. From the “Create listing” dropdown you can select “Listings from BULQ inventory” and select the lot you want to resell. If you are not seeing your BULQ lot, or would like to create drafts on a separate account, you can input your full order ID and select “Find Inventory” to retrieve your draft listings within the “Listings from BULQ inventory” view.

Any purchased cases will be displayed with an option to “Generate drafts”.
- Order confirmation email
Following a purchase of an eligible BULQ lot, a reseller can select the “Generate drafts” option from the order confirmation email. This specific option can be used on either your mobile device or desktop.
How do I complete my listings?
Following the creation of the generated draft listings, a seller can use standard listing flows to complete the item creation process. The process of managing and completing draft listings has not changed.
Sellers should review all listings for accuracy prior to creating each item. Users of generated drafts will be responsible for the content of all listings.
Can I use my mobile device to create listings?
We recommend using a mobile device once draft listings have been generated – this will ease the process of adding great images and relevant product details you would like to include in your listings.
Do I have to list all items associated with the BULQ purchase?
No. Sellers can choose which draft listings to activate prior to completing listings. There are no fees or costs associated with creating a draft listing.
Who can use the Bulk Inventory Solution to create draft listings?
Any eBay user with a registered seller account in the U.S. can generate draft listings from an eligible BULQ lot purchase. The Bulk Inventory Solution is available only for users sourcing inventory and creating listings on the U.S. site.
Is there an additional fee for using the solution?
There are no additional fees associated with drafting listings from an eligible BULQ lot purchase. Standard eBay fees apply for listingspublished and sold.
