This program has enabled our start‐up company to employ individuals who did not have the skill set to be immediately effective in their roles and spend more time intensively training them with the skills needed to be successful long‐term. The support from OhioMeansJobs Summit County’s On-the-Job Training Program to offset the cost of that training, and the support of the staff through the application process, really helped!

The CCMEP team has truly been a superior support system in my life. As a first-generation high school graduate, the program introduced me to things I never would have experienced. From teaching work ethic, to practicing accountability, there was never a time, meeting, or lesson I encountered that has not helped me in the long run, even after leaving the program.
